I Lost Something in November
Goodbye November! It's time to share what I lost. I set my goals for November and here we are! Drum roll.... I lost 10 inches and 5 lbs. The inches are so great! I love that I measured myself to see another way of victory. Now the 5 lbs. lost could have been more if I didn't eat poorly on two separate weekends then I have to fight hard during the week to lose it. I need to stop that. I really do. It's what is slowing me down. I will reflect on the positive. That's 10 inches and 5 lbs.!
The picture shows a stack of pie and one roll. At first I counted my inches wrong because I forgot to count my other arm and leg. HAHA! I couldn't stack any more pie, but you get the idea I was going for.
So for December, I am very scared because on top of my regular food monsters I have to deal with parties and Christmas family events. I will put my extra armor on and charge on! I will continue to work out 4 to 5 days a week. I'm giving Shred It by Jillian Michaels a shot. A healthy eating plan and lots of motivation is the plan of action. Here I go! I will beat December.

Do you have any goals to set for December?
It's the first Christmas in years that I can say I have lost weight. I feel great! I am most thankful that my back and leg pain are completely gone. I am unstoppable.
