What are you cooking this week? Last week we ate meals out of our freezer and pantry. That always works well. Now it's back to cooking. I am in soup mode, but my boys won't like that so I will have soup for lunch.
Recently, a smart friend told me she wrote up her menu plan for 90 days and repeated it. That knocked my bobby pins off! I loved that idea. I hope to do that one day.
Here is what we will be eating this week:
Chicken Shiitake and Wild Rice Soup
Mexican Slow Cooked Carnitas
Meatloaf- Love to mix it in the Kitchen Aid Blender. Just add and the ingredients and mix. It really does mix it well and you keep your hands out of it. I cook it in the slow cooker for 8 hours on low.
Chicken Broccoli Noodle Casserole
Yum! I'm ready to eat!
