Kale Chips


I kept hearing how great Kale Chips were.  I love kale in soups and juiced so I had to give it a try. Kale Chips are my new fave snack.

 Kale is full of goodness for you too!

Kale Chips
1 bushel
1 tsp. olive oil
Salt to season.

Cut the kale pieces away from the stem into chip size. Toss it with the olive oil and salt. Spread out on a cookie sheet. Bake at 250 for 40 minutes.

They are thin and crispy.

Tip: They will really shrink so do not cut them smaller the a size of a chip. Do not under bake.

Give it a try. I'm glad I did because I now have a new great snack!
