I cook many recipes from SkinnyTaste.com. Her recipes are delicious and healthy. She makes eating healthy not a chore. It's easier to eat healthy when your dinner is not just meat and grass on your plate. Every recipe I have tried is so satisfying.
Recently I made her recipe for Pumpkin Nut Muffins. The muffins turned out soft and so flavorful. She gives the nutrition facts on her site too. Oh and her recipes also come up in My Fitness Pal. How cool is that?
