I lost six boxes of butter in October!
October ends today. Yes, it does. I had set a goal to lose 10 lbs. in October. It did not happen. I lost 6 lbs. I'll take it. I will choose to be happy about it. Those 6 lbs. were a lack of cheeseburgers and a whole lot of BURN. I worked out 4 to 6 days a week and drank 8 to 10 glasses of water every day... ok maybe I skipped the water on like 3 Sundays. I ate good 85% of the time.
I am disappointed I did not lose 10 lbs. I will welcome the lost of 6 lbs. Just think Jessica, it's 6 boxes of butter. Wow, that is awesome! I know I lost lots of inches because I sure do feel it in my clothes. Success is not only measured on the scale, but how you feel in your soul. My soul feels good.
I will continue what I have been doing and now I'm adding weight machines to the mix. I'm excited about lifting heavier. I am ready to blast my fat arms and some other lady lump areas. You know what I am sayin? I also plan to do squats and lunges more consistently. Yes I am.
So here we go! The fight continues for another 30 days. Put your fist up and charge ahead!
PS It's wet outside and my sign got sad looking, but you know what I was going for. HAHA!
